Facilitation
Some of my most important work happens over years, not hours—sustained partnerships where facilitation, strategy, leadership development, and organizational redesign weave together into a single coherent process.
I work with leadership teams navigating significant transitions, organizations building new internal capacities, and institutions grappling with questions that can't be solved from the outside. The work often begins with a convening or a strategic session—but the engagements that go deepest tend to involve multiple layers unfolding over time.
That might include mapping leadership patterns and decision-making dynamics, redesigning how an organization makes decisions and shares information, facilitating relational work that strengthens trust across a leadership team, or designing and holding a convening that moves a community into action.
I take seriously that the inner lives of the people in the room shape what's possible for the system they're trying to change. This contemplative dimension isn't something I add on—it's woven into how I design, facilitate, and hold space for groups working through complexity and ambiguity.
Whether the engagement is a single well-designed workshop or a multi-year partnership, the process typically moves through three phases:
Seeing clearly — slowing down to listen, surface perspectives, and understand the system as it actually is
Sensing direction — creating space for reflection and dialogue that helps the group feel into what matters now and where energy is emerging
Moving into action — translating insight into experiments, commitments, or next steps that can be tested and refined
If your organization is at a moment of transition—and you need a partner who can hold both the aspirational and the structural—let's talk.
