Facilitation
When diverse stakeholders need to find shared direction, I design processes that shift how people see, listen, and act together.
I work with leadership teams seeking alignment, cross-sector coalitions facing questions no single organization can solve alone, and communities working to bridge divides. My role is to help groups see the system they're operating within, sense into what's being asked of them, and move into action together—learning by doing rather than waiting for perfect answers.
The outcome is not just good conversation, but shared understanding, clearer direction, and momentum that comes from having actually begun.
I typically work closely with a core leadership team to clarify vision and intention, understand the relationships and power dynamics in the room, and map the broader context the work sits within. Sessions move through three essential phases:
Seeing clearly — slowing down to listen, surface perspectives, and understand the system as it actually is
Sensing direction — creating space for reflection and dialogue that helps the group feel into what matters now and where energy is emerging
Moving into action — translating insight into experiments, commitments, or next steps that can be tested and refined
During sessions, I balance structure with emergence—providing enough framing to support progress while staying responsive to what's alive in the room. I'm particularly experienced working with groups where tensions exist, helping participants surface differences and work through them in ways that strengthen trust.
If you're convening a group around something that matters—and want help designing a process that can hold it—reach out.
